In the game the player takes on the role of Jonathan Harker. Throughout the levels, Abraham Van Helsing will help Jonathan in his quest by providing advanced weapons. With the exception of the MS-DOS version, the game is of the side-scrolling genre. In the game, Jonathan Harker fights Lucy Westenra as a vampiress, Count Dracula's three brides, Dracula's coach driver, Dracula's fire-breathing dragon, Renfield and even Dracula himself and also in some different forms, such as him in his bat form, his young form and his evil wolf form. Levels in the game include the Romanian countryside, a rat-infested old village inn, Dracula's castle, Dracula's cavernous vaults, Dracula's misty catacombs, various locations in London, Lucy's crypt, a graveyard and Carfax Abbey.

Several hundred years have passed
since legendary hero Simon Belmont defeated the evil Count Dracula and sealed
him away for what was supposed to be eternity. The people have long

individuals to restore the Prince of Darkness to his former state; sleeping
in his coffin by day and preying upon hapless victims by night.

Dracula now plans to get revenge on his old enemy through his descendants
by locking Annet, the girlfriend of Belmont's great gradson, Richter, and her
sister, Maria, in his dark gloomy castle.

Once aware of this, Richter takes his ancestor's sacred whip, passed down
through the years from father to son, and sets out for Dracula's castle to
rescue Annet and Maria, and to seal away the evil Count for good.

Dracula: Crazy Vampire is an Action game, developed by Planet Interactive and published by DreamCatcher Interactive, which was released in 2001.


Sporting an overhead perspective, the game involves exploring in and around a castle, looking for vampires and using "bat power" to paralyze dogs, monsters, and other enemies. Once a creature has been stunned, the little vampire can drain its energy by sucking its blood. In addition to battling standard enemies, players will go up against the likes of Wolf Man, Swamp Thing, and the Mummy.

You must escape Dracula's sinister castle, find the dark one and drive a stake through his heart. To escape, you must explore the castle and learn its secrets. If you fail, you will join Dracula's brides for dinner, and guess who's the main course!

The main character, renamed Simon Belmont when the game was ported to home consoles under the new title 'Castlevania', stayed on as the hero of many great sequels to this Konami arcade classic.

Kid Dracula is a comical gothic-themed platform game video game, and a spinoff to Castlevania. It is a sequel to the 1990 Famicom game Akumajō Special: Boku Dracula-kun which was released in Japan only. Konami released the title for the Game Boy in 1993 in Japan and North America.

This game is a sequel to the events of the original Boku Dracula-Kun. Galamoth (called Garamoth in the game) has returned and it is up to Kid Dracula to stop him once again. However, he seems to have forgotten most of his spells. Also, many of his minions have turned against him and joined Galamoth. Death remains by his side however, and gives him tips and heirlooms from his father, Dracula, along the way.
