In the later half of the 21st century a robot is indispensable item for mankind. The control system that manages these mechanical creatures suddenly plotted a revolt against the human race. It is up to you to save humanity.
There are two versions of this game. This one uses the control pad. The other used the Sega Light Phaser.
A superb shoot-'em up in all areas. The action is kept fast and furious and even though there are only six levels, it's quite a challenge.

Set against the background of America's pioneer era, you as the HERO, are a quick draw artist - whose job it is, to protect the customers who are depositing money at the bank.
Bandits are holding up a bank and have taken people hostage, and as a gunslinger, it's your job to shoot them. The bank has 12 doors, and the bandits are behind each one of them. When they pull a gun out at you when you open a door, you have only a few seconds to shoot them before they shoot you. If you shoot them too early (ie: before he sticks his gun out at you), it is considered unfair, and you won't score any points, but if you're too late, he'll shoot you and you lose one of your three lives.
Many humorous moments.

A reaction-based shoot-em-up in which the player takes on the role of a gun-slinging Deputy, who has been charged with protecting the town bank from outlaws.
Each stage contains twelve numbered doors, with three doors visable on-screen at any one time. The player must scroll the screen left or right to bring other doors into view. At regular intervals, one or more doors will open to reveal either a bank customer or an outlaw. The customers must be allowed to deposit their money unharmed while the outlaws must be shot before they have a chance to shoot the deputy. Some of the outlaws must be shot twice before they are killed. If the players kills an innocent citizen, a player life is lost.
Doors will only open when they are on-screen and a level is only completed once cash has been deposited safely into the bank via each of the twelve doors. Each level has a tight time limit so it's important to ensure that the player reaches the doors that are about to be opened as quickly as possible. Imminent visitors are indicated by the presence of a bar graph that sits above each door, with a red marker indicating an approaching customer or robber.
In addition to the outlaws, players must also be wary of time bombs that occasionally appear on one of the doors; this is indicated by both a timer and an icon above the door with the bomb. The bomb must be reached and shot before the timer runs out. As well as the outlaws and customers, a small, bandy-legged cowboy occasionally appears holding gifts above his head, these can be shot for bonus points.

You and Grandpa are down on the farm. There are critters, bottles, and varmints everywhere -- in the barn, in the yard, and in the cornfield. Grandpa has given you an Atari light gun to help protect the farm. The moving targets are a challenge. Can you hit them? If not, try the veggies! They're fun to shoot at. In the barnyard, bottles and cans on the fence provide great practive for warming up the old shootin' iron. But perfect aim alone isn't enough. You'll need speed, too. In the cornfield, birds swoop from the sky and rabbits scamper among the stalks, Owls and other pests appear inside a barn. Each scene can only be reached by hitting enough targest in the scene before. Once you zero in on some fancy shooting scores, Gramps offers you a bonus round by tossing target bottles in the air.

One of the more enjoyable games designed for use with the Super Scope gun, Battle Clash has players firing a machine gun, a pulse laser, and other weapons at a variety of Standing Tanks (more commonly known as battle mechs or giant robots). The graphics are detailed, the background music blends in nicely, and gameplay requires a modicum of strategy not often seen in these types of games. Enemies' weak spots must be targeting, and certain enemies move quickly, making the game a challenge. Players can shoot off the Standing Tanks' arms and legs, minimizing the enemies' effectiveness, and the fire meter can be charged for added punch. A two-player alternating mode is available, but only in Time Trial mode.

Story The story in Battle Shark involves a third world war (World War 3 or WWIII). According to the description in the game's attract mode introduction, "extremely brutal fighting has been taking place on land, and now the battlefield is expanding into the oceans."
Peace negotiations, the fictional allies then discover, are an enemy trap, and that the enemy has actually been buying time to create an underwater fortress at the bottom of the sea.
So then, Battle Shark, with its driver, a dedicated navy soldier ("Let's get to work, Battle Shark!!"), must fight its way through hordes of enemy submarines, boats, and vehicles to track down the fortress, and ultimately destroy it for good.
Gameplay: The player looks through a submarine periscope in order to destroy enemies, featuring simulated damage whenever the player gets hit by either an enemy torpedo or a missile.
The player starts off with a limited amount of torpedoes, which slowly replenishes itself, so players must shoot accurately. Power-up targets appear throughout the games, which can increase the player's supply of torpedoes, repairs damage or add extra firepower in addition to the torpedoes. At the end of each stage, the player faces off against a Boss character.

Cabal is a coin-op conversion of Capcom's arcade game. The mechanics of the game are simple: shoot everything in sight!
The hero (there is a two player mode) runs back and forth along the bottom of the screen, ducking and dodging bullets and grenades from the enemy. The roll maneuver from the arcade was not implemented in the PC version. You return fire by moving a target around the screen which also moves your character, so be careful not to run into a bullet.
The enemies throughout the 5 levels, come thick and fast and there are loads of them, normal foot soldiers, tanks, helicopters and end of level bosses, like submarines and war machines.
Just about everything on the screen can be blown up or shot. There are bonus points to be picked up for destroying buildings and weapons to be picked up from the enemy, such as machine- and shot-guns.

A challenging third - person shooter. The player controls an unnamed commando trying to destroy several enemy military bases.
Players must use a limitless ammunition gun and a limited number of grenades to fend off enemy troops and damage the base. An enemy gauge at the bottom of the screen depletes as foes are destroyed and certain structures (usually the ones that collapse when destroyed, rather than simply shattering) are brought down. At the successful completion of a level by fully depleting the enemy gauge, all the remaining buildings onscreen collapse and the player progresses to the next stage. Boss fights, however, start from the beginning if a player dies.

Chiller is an Exidy light gun arcade game released in 1986.
The player takes on the role of an unseen torturer who must maim, mutilate, and murder helpless victims in a variety of dungeon settings. Few of the enemies in the game are capable of fighting back, with the challenge element lying in how quickly the player can cause each of the victims to die.
Although it is possible to simply shoot the victims to death, this process takes a considerable amount of time, as even head shots simply result in chunks of flesh and bone being blown away, leaving the victims alive. Rather, the challenge lies in finding ways to activate the various torture devices, resulting in quicker, bloodier deaths.
