WWF No Mercy was a wrestling game developed by AKI and published by THQ. Despite being released in late 2000, it is still considered the definitive wrestling simulator by many fans.
Choose from a variety of WWF superstars and participate in a number of matches including tournaments, ladder matches, steel cage matches, and the Royal Rumble.
The controls take some getting used to and the gameplay is slower than the arcade style of the SmackDown series, but this game provides a great experience for nearly any wrestling fan.

This 24-Meg sequel to 1993's WWF Royal Rumble features faster gameplay and twelve authentic wrestlers, each with different attributes: Razor Ramon, Lex Luger, 1-2-3 Kid, Doink, Diesel, Shawn Michaels, Owen Hart, Yokozuna, Brett Hart, The Undertaker, Luna Vachon, and Bam Bam Bigelow. Game modes include One-On-One, Tag Team, Bedlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble and the Raw Endurance Match (where you take on six opponents one after another).
Up to four players can slug it out at once, which is a first for an WWF wrestling game, or you can challenge the computer on one of ten different difficulty levels. All of the featured wrestlers have their own theme music and added "mega-moves," which means you can pummel your opponent with Owen Hart's "Whirling Dirvish" or Diesel's "Caber Toss," among others. The Super Nintendo cartridge offers the same features and wrestlers included with the Genesis version.

WWF Royal Rumble features twelve pro wrestlers, each with his own special move, in a no-holds-barred fight to the finish. While five new wrestlers make their debut on the Super Nintendo version, gameplay has been left untouched from the Genesis title. Players can choose from Tatanka, Crush, Mr. Perfect, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Lex Luger, Randy Savage, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Yokozuna or Ted Dibiase in their bid to win the Championship Belt.
WWF Royal Rumble offers four different game modes: One-On-One, Tag Team, Triple Tag Team and the Royal Rumble -- where up to six wrestlers appear in the ring at once! You are also free to climb out of the ring, grab a chair to slam over an opponent's head, or use illegal moves such as chokeholds or eye-gouges. This 16-Meg cartridge also includes support for two players, so you can atomic-drop a friend in any of the four game modes.

WWF WrestleFest is Technos' sequel to WWF Superstars. The player now has two game choices: chase for the tag team titles (like Superstars) or the Royal Rumble. The roster has been nearly doubled, with a choice of 10 wrestlers to choice from. This game features much larger and more detailed graphics and more moves, though this comes at the loss of move choice. Rather than press a button to execute a specific grapple, the game chooses the grapple based on the health of the opponent. Even so, the game is extremely fun for fans of old-school, arcade-style pro wrestling.

The first licensed wrestling game from the WWF (now WWE) and it's a major letdown. The graphics are fairly decent for its time, but the gameplay is horrible. Two wrestlers battle it out in the ring with a variety of punches and kicks. The only grappling move is a body slam. Damage seems to register randomly, as sometimes the health drops after dealing an attack, and other times it doesn't. It's the same when picking up the health icons that randomly bounce across the top of the ring.
If you're looking for some old-school wrestling nostalgia, give this game a look.
