NES games running too fast.

What Play Mode is causing the problem? ArcadeOX Score.
Has it ever worked correctly before? Yes
Describe the problem. NES games are running at around two or three times the speed in Arcade OX score mode.

I, with the help of Tails, have tried everything, F8, checking the menu, deleting everything from the ArcadeOX folder, but I couldn't delete anything that wasn't a .zip. The only reason I know it is going fast is that the clock in Punch Out is going way too fast.
