How does someone notice something like this? Makes you wonder how many other songs get played backwards looking for hidden meaning.

Btw this Zelda doesn't look too bad. At least it seems like Link is old enough to hold a sword.

I had to go to the comments on youtube to find out what it was, anyway looks like another bad gameplay installment in the series.

I like the 3D Zelda games, but I strongly prefer the 2D games, the 3D ones are too focused on the awkward sword play.

You guys are crazy the 3D combat and exploration is awesome in the newer Zeldas. Link to the Past was awesome as well but I really do think they crossed Link over well to 3D combat. All his gadgets flow for me.

I prefer the 2D also. However I find the 3D games quite enjoyable as well.

I would like it way more if the could figure out a way to get rid of the targeting, that's really my biggest beef. It comes accross to me when you lock a target, it goes on auto pilot until the enemy is dead. A system more like Dynasty Warriors would be much better, and I'd probably love the games.

I think they should just have a lock on for boomerang. Link is supposed to be really good with it so he shouldn't be missing anyways.

Dynasty was a bad example, more like I-ninja or even Mario 64.

Really? I think the z-targeting helps the game out.

While combat is a large part of a Zelda game I don't want it to be too demanding. I'm much more interested in the exploration aspect of the game and I don't want my attention drawn away from that.

Maybe I'm confused. How is auto-aiming and z-targeting different?

I find the exploration a bit on the boring side, I only ever played the first one for 64, and played about 4 hours or so of Twilight Princess. So perhaps I havent given them a fair shake, but TP couldnt hold my attention.

I figured the combat in Zelda games was intentionally easy(with lock on) because the game is meant to appeal to a wide range of ages. That being said I still enjoyed it even though I've been exposed to much better combat systems. It was still fun.

Auto-aim just goes to whatever is the target your most facing, targeting has a step where you need to lock on, then unleash your fury, and I was suggesting the auto-aim for projectiles only.
