BUMP! I was looking around the forums and remembered about this game. I'm guessing we're still short a man or two.

Yeah, we still need at least one more. Probably more since it has taken so long to start and all of the first seven might not still be around.

If you get this going I'd help out with the timeline again if you want. I could be an observer and I wouldn't do anything to mess with the game.

I just realized I was wrong when I laughed at Tails for taking somedudes spot, SFF just claimed it. My bad Tails.

I will pm everyone and see if they are still in. I imagine at least one of them is no longer around so you can still sign up. Since we had so much trouble getting this one started it will probably be your only chance to ever play.
Ninja and Tails, you can trade characters if you want. I just randomly picked for you.

Ninjatia hasn't been on since the begining of June. I hope everything is alright.

NT is in bootcamp or something similar and he won't be around for a while. I could be wrong but I think wolfman expressed interest in this, maybe he can take his spot.
Oldtimer has been inactive on Ikariam and my xbox friends list, I think he's out of the picture for now.

OldTimer is out, he's busy with work. Ninja is most likely out. Mario hasn't confirmed yet. So now we need 2 or 3 more.

So Kong, it says in the first post to join the Star Trek group, there is no button to do so.
Also, since I am joining in the fun, what characters are left?

I would play but the fact that I don't understand the game at all isn't very good :P

Re: How to Host a Mystery: Star Trek: TNG - The Orb of Knowledge I
If you have questions please post them. This game isn't hard at all and it's meant to be fun.
Have you guys read the first post? It seems to explain it but maybe I'm seeing it differently because I've played it.

Re: How to Host a Mystery: Star Trek: TNG - The Orb of Knowledge I
Yeah it is meant to be played with friends at a gathering like a dinner party. They explain relevant info and characters briefly each round usually and it plays like a wolf game from what I understand.

Re: How to Host a Mystery: Star Trek: TNG - The Orb of Knowledge I
I read the first post, and I understand the game to the point where it is like a murder mystery, and you write in character for it.
My only question is which characters slots are open, I think I've asked a few times but maybe if I make it stand out more, it will be noticed:
WHICH CHARACTER SLOTS ARE STILL OPEN?
And yes, I've gone through the topic, and all I've found is that person X hasn't got a character yet, and this person who dropped out definitely has this character.
It would be much simpler if there was some kind of list that showed in a concise manner which character slots are still open.
Sorry for the rudeness or abruptness or whatever you want to call it, but I just want to know.

Re: How to Host a Mystery: Star Trek: TNG - The Orb of Knowledge I
You didn't look very hard if you missed the discussion a few posts up. Kong posted an update in post 108 and we've been trying to confirm people since then. From what I can tell Riker and Worf are still available and you're listed as Guinan. If you or anyone else would like to switch to Worf or Riker now would be the time.
