I know it is, and people need to stop looking at the puppets and start looking to the puppetmasters, who are the Global Banking cartel we affectionately refer to as the elites.
Basically they are heads of big corporations {and certain royalty} multi - millionaires and billionaires, who got rich by playing inside trades, creating monopolies through underhanded skullduggery, and who now own just about everything.
They are who you should be most concerned with.

The puppets {Politicians under their control, meaning the ones they allow to become 'elected' - who were chosen to win by the elites before any 'voting' took place} are only their speaker boxes like on 'Charlie's Angels'.
Continue being concerned about the speaker boxes if you like, but I know that 'Charlie' is the real power.

So to answer your question, of course it's fixed, and the 'news' that reported it is part of that 'fix' to keep you thinking about this whole issue of no significance, while the elites get ready to invade some other country in preparation for WW3 {Zbigniew Brzezinski has got some BIG plans for the U.S., Russia, and China} and in the meantime, they will continue to bankrupt the planet in order to seize control through their corrupt Central Federal Reserve Banking systems, backed by the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund.
