I don't even know why SSB:M is on the list.. I wouldn't consider it that type of fighter.

Thank god GT has some sense and put SF at the top. Third Strike is awesome, and it's as good of a choice as any.

DOA shouldn't be on the list. Besides the retardedly huge boobs jiggling it's just a shiny clone of Virtua Fighter.

Killer Instinct higher than Tekken, SC and Virtua Fighter? Laughable. It's like these guys are just basing this on what they enjoy, not what's actually better. I wouldn't even call them casual fighter game fans. I bet they started playing them with Smash Bros and the older ones on the list were suggested by other people or some random internet poll.

It doesn't matter what type of fighter it is, it's still a fighter. I wouldn't put it above all the other games with actual depth and complexity but it's still a damn good fighting game imo.

Btw where is Samurai Showdown? I thought that game was awesome. I also really like Bloody Roar and Bushido Blade but I can accept that they weren't popular so these guys probably never heard of them.

I think Bloody Roar is far better than everything on this list, it is kind of like Tekken, but with the ability to turn into animals.
I think the Super Smash Bros. series is good, but shouldn't be so highly ranked. You are right, Killer Instinct should be behind Soul Calibur at least.

I think the real crime here is the lack of Shaq Fu, which is the only fighting game that rivals Street Fighter.

I know that Beastorizer is Bloody Roar, and it is great, not the best looking game, but then again, the first Tekken was ugly.

Yeah but is the gameplay reallly on par with stuff like SF or MK? I've played Shaq Fu plenty of times and I think I beat it or got close. I thought it was just a shallow fighting game and nothing stood out or was memorable, besides how lame it is.

Where is Tekken 5, or Soulcalibur II? Bloody Roar? Street Fighter Alpha 3? List is a failure, sure Tekken 3 was before Tekken 5, but Tekken 5 was just that much cooler.

Also, I like Guilty Gear and all, but it is too damn technical to be a top ten fighter. Sure the fact that it is technical is awesome, but the fact that making one mistake in a fight will almost always kill you, is just too much.
