Re: Gaming Generation
I can't vote but I would say 64 bit because my favorite game ever is Majora's Mask, which is 64 bit. I think.

Re: Gaming Generation
I'm kind of a neo-16-bit gamer; I love my GBA (technically a 32-bit system) to death, and right now I'm playing FF6 Advance, which is incredible. The soundtracks from that era's games, like Chrono Trigger, F-Zero, Axelay and FF4-6, are some of the best ever. Since I missed that era the first time around, it could be considered penance for that cardinal sin. Thank goodness for Virtual Console and re-releases.

Re: Gaming Generation
I thought I already posted in this topic but I guess I'm just getting senile.
I voted 16bit, it is by far the best generation for amount of quality games that came out. Back when it was more about making fans happy rather than how many copies can we sell.

Re: Gaming Generation
Yeah, I agree. Games were mostly about actually entertaining people instead of wowing them with great graphics to convince them to buy the game. With the exception to Donkey Kong Country Series, those games were awesome though it did force you to get items you didn't really need in the Bonus Stages. Fun game though and best era in quality video games both graphically and gameplay wise.
