Buying PS3.

Decided to not get my comp til I can get a desk before it. So gonna get a PS3 with Disgaea 3. I have thought about getting Dead Rising, and the Devil May Cry series as well. Thoughts on some games I'd like that are for PS3?

If you like Devil May Cry, you might like the God of War series. It's great!

Dead Rising is an awesome game too. I never get sick of it.

I can't remember if you like FPS or not, but the Resistance series is pretty cool and PS exclusive.

Otherwise, Drake's Fortune is popular Indiana Jones type adventure game.

Also, if you have an HDTV, you might want to pick-up a couple of cheap Blu Ray movies. AMAZING!!!

Dead Rising reminds me of zombies ate my neighbors.

FPS I definitely hate. I hate em and are very boring to me.

I did not get a PS3. I saw one but it was only the box. I got Disgaea 3, for 20 bucks. Wa son sale for half off. Some sorta promotion.

I would go for Devil May Cry, I'm unsure whether or not the PS3 can play PS2 games, but if it does, the first Devil May Cry is a good thing to go with. I would also recommend the Metal Gear Solid series, 4 is supposed to be a great game.

Only a few rare PS3's can go backwards, why I wanted to wait til I got a PS2 new.

Ah, that makes sense. I looked into it, and only the first few PS3s can play backwards, it's kind of lame. You can still get MGS 4, and Little Big Planet though.

I have both Disgaea games on the PSP, and they are really fun. I like making Prinny armies just for the sake of having an arsenal of explosive cannon-fodder. The explosions can be worth quite a bit of damage.

I started pretty recently, I'm just saying that they can be used effectively if you know what you're doing. Cheaply producing explosives prinnies can be especially useful early on.

Well, like Konata told me: It don't matter the level you are it's how much you spend item worlding.

IE my Rare Excalibur is level Level 90 with all 60 stages beaten. Prinny suck because they are a monster type, only useful for magichanging, explode when thrown, thus destroying combos, have very weak attacks. I recommend using Thief with either a Gun or Bow. Mage/Rune Knights are nice too.

Dead Rising is only for 360. Unless you are talking about DR2, which doesn't come out for a few months.

Strangly enough, based on Frank's ending, Dead Rising happens after Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

TvC must have been the war he covered, you know?

No, by all means keep telling yourself how bad the 360 is though. Have fun with those 4-5 good games on the PS3 and no backwards compatibility.

Each console has an excelent line up of games that almost anyone can enjoy.
