Sega Genesis Tank War Game

The point of the game was to set up troops and different tanks and such to protect your base and to attack your opponent's base.

I keep thinking it's like Battletank or Super Battletank or Battetech or something, but when I play those games it is not the one I remember from back in the day.

Anyone have any idea?
