1942 Type game

There was a game for the SNES I played that was like 1942, and the first level was in a city and the first boss was this HUGE and i mean HUGE tank with mini cannons and such. What was it called?

Top down vertical shooter for the SNES. Tank boss at the end of stage 1 (which is a cityscape.

Got anything else for us? What type of plane? What color was it? Remember any special weapons?

Is it a top-down shooter?
If it's a side-scrollers shooter, I'd say U.N. Squadron.

What was on the title screen as for some clues.

Yes it was a top-down shooter, and if I can remember correctly I am thinking of a jet type aircraft, but my memory is fuzzy.
