Is the Golden Book an original creation, or is that really the cover of a book? If so, doesn't that submittal go against the rules?
If it's an original creation it's very, very good.

For the record, I liked Dudebro's best.

the "little golden book" logo and the border on the side were copy/paste, the rest is all me

Yeah I say we just award it to Steven. All I did was add text to my pic. Sure it's awesome and wicked clever but it's not comparable to the effort he put in. I'm fine with second place considering I only did this on a whim.

Nah it's all good. I really liked mine and I'm glad it got this far but yours is better for sure. It would be perfect if it was videogame related but otherwise it's totally retro.

Hey, that's funny, I didn't realize Dudebro did the other entry.

When I said I liked Dudebro's best, I was talking about the one with the buffed Mario holding onto the princess.
I thought that was very cool and should've received a badge.
