Favorite Music

Just so I can get to know everybody a little better I was wondering what kind of music you guys like. I'm pretty open to everything (except maybe disco). But my favorite band has to be Nickleback. I listen to country, classic rock, metal, and pop. Some hip-hop to. Favorite song right now is Apologize by One Republic.

A genre is a grouping of artistic items that have something in common with one another. English is a beautiful language, try learning it.

I chose indie because a lot of the artists I listen to label themselves as such.

My favorite bands ever would have to be Bon Jovi and The Foo Fighters. I listen to just about any type of rock except country rock those just aren't meant to be together. Sorry to anybody who likes that ;D

I've been enjoying stuff off the new Rise Against album. They've been playing Re-education on the radio, but Collapse(Post-Amerika) is good too.

Bag of Hammers wasn't bad. I liked the video.
Boom wasn't bad either. No complaints.

@DrStupid, I like that SNL skit. **** in a box is funny too. Not sure if I can say the whole title.

Edit- I really like this song. It's got plenty of swearing but I think it needs it. It's an emotional song.

Yeah but it's played out now. People who still say "yo mama" jokes are either doing it mockingly or they got nothing better.

To some of us who are older dudebro they still are fighting words. I remember that people would get pissed at me tho when they said yo momma this or yo momma that and I responded with. Yes I know whats your point. Shut them up right then and there.

My friend told me that back when he was in high school a guy on the football team gave him a yo mama insult, and he replied by saying "my mama is dead." After that he said that he put his head into to his shirt sleeve, and started pretending to cry, then some girl who were watching this came over, and started beating up on the guy who insulted him. Since his head was still in his sleeve it looked like he was crying even though he was laughing really hard. He said that the dude on the football team got beat up by half the cheer leading squad.
