re: Save GB Pokemon in Java Full Mode
Welcome to RU Falcopwns. Yes, since you are registered you should be able to save the game and play it from any computer as long as you are logged in. Try these steps for saving and loading:

Save RAM does not save the exact spot in the game but just the general info up to that point in the game. Your name, experience, town, equipment etc.
The other systems on Retro Uprising use Save States.
To save Game Boy games you must
First - Register and login.
Second - save the game the same as you would on a real Game Boy. Some Game Boy games require you go to an inn or church or some other special save location and press start. In Cobi's Journey you have to Press X on the keyboard to bring the menu up. Select "Plan" from the menu. Then select "Journal". Save your journey. You can only do this in certain places in the game.
Third - double click the game and click save.
Fourth - a window will pop up asking for you to confirm the save. If you already have a save for that game then it will be overwritten. Click yes.
Fifth - To load the save double click and click load.
sixth - a pop up window will ask if you are sure. Click yes. The game will restart with your save loaded.
seventh - you will need to load the save the same as you would on an original Game Boy. This is often done on the first game menu by selecting continue or load.

Of course, you shouldn't be playing games in school anyway, should you?

re: Save GB Pokemon in Java Full Mode
You should be able to, as long as you follow all those steps. As long as you log in under the same username each time, you can play from any location. If you saved using the guidelines above while at school, you can load the file at home.

re: Save GB Pokemon in Java Full Mode
you should probably play crystal, since crystal is basically the same thing as gold/silver, but with more features

Yep. Have you ever played gold or silver? If not I would suggest playing one of those first.

re: Save GB Pokemon in Java Full Mode
I know at least one of the Pokemon games at RU lets you adjust the clock. Sorry, I do not remember which one it was and I do not know about the other pokemons. In the one that for sure let's you I think you first have to get the Pokedex which you get after the first intro story and then you can use it to change the time. maybe someone else will have more info.

Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal are the ones Kong.
I also think maybe you can trigger it by asking your mother to change to daylight savings or something. Call her and see if it works.

I noticed that you are a new member of the site. Welcome.
When you saved the game, were you logged in? If you were not logged in, then you were not allowed to save. If you were logged in, the instructions to save are here (about half way down the post). If it's still not there, I can only recommend that you contact Kong and see if a save state for the game exist on the server for you. Hope this helps.

re: Save GB Pokemon in Java Full Mode
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been busy.
I have looked at your save ram files. The only GameBoy file you have created is for Pokemon Red.It was not done correctly. The following instructions are for Pokemon Red but should work for most of the Game Boy Pokemon games.
Step 1. Log in.
Step 2. Start the game. Create a character and get past the intro.
Step 3. Press Start (Enter) to bring up the in-game menu.
Step 4. Use the arrows to select Save and then press Z.
Step 5. The game will ask if you want to save the game. Press Z again to select yes.
Step 6. Double click the game and select Save.
Step 7. Click yes in the pop up.
You are done saving. To load.
Step 8. Double click the game and select Load.
Step 9. Click Yes in the pop up. The game will reset.
Step 10. Select continue and press Start (Enter).
I can confirm that you are doing steps 1, 6 and 7 correct. You are not doing steps 2-5 correctly.

if you want to change your time on pokemon gold/silver you half to put in a password to get the password Go to http://www.psypokes.com/gsc/timechange.php to generate the password but in Crystal go to your pokegear and press up or down to change the time and fallow the directions to change the password it will say.
