2020 Donkey Kong Online Open

The Donkey Kong Online Open will make its return to the competitive landscape on August 20th after a 4 year hiatus. This is a straightforward, no holds barred DK scoring event. Players will compete over the course of 12 days to crown a winner and further cement their standings in the Jumpman Points Race standings.
The DKOO serves as the second of 3 legs in Kong League’s featured Jumpman Points Race. Beginning on August 20th, this exciting event, rich in Donkey Kong history, will pit former champions against the new blood of up and coming league players! Expected participants include:
Current WR holder Robbie Lakeman, John McCurdy (Serphintizer), who has NINETEEN of the 25 games of 1.2m or higher. Also expected to compete are former WR holder Wes Copeland; Dean Saglio, first player to reach 1.2m; and newer blood WFLIMusic, WR holder for Level 1-1 (15,100), Andrew "Barra" Barrow, who was crowned Galaga World champion in 2018 and has over 1.1m in DK, DKJr., and DK3.
Sign up is free and players of all skill levels are encouraged to join us and compete! This is an online open and anything can and will happen. Champions will be slayed, newer players will prevail.
