Buttons not working

Hi, I haven't been on in a while and recently got back on but when I go to play a game(coin op or NES), the buttons(jump/shoot) aren't working. I use the keyboard and the arrows work ok...just not the rest of the keyboard (ie. the Z,X,C,etc). I'm using IE.

Try to remap and see if it's the same issue.

In Coin-Op Full and Score Mode and in NES Score Mode you can access the key remap menu with the Tab key on keyboard. In NES Full Mode there is a settings menu at top of window for remapping keys.

You can click the link below to reset all settings to default. Should fix any problem but WARNING it will delete all save states and custom settings, resetting everything to default.

If the first option isn't working and you don't want to do the second or the second also doesn't work, then we can try to find another solution.

Thanks for the helping. Unfortunately neither worked. I tried manually remapping and in the menu, the keyboard buttons still don't work(only enter, space and the arrows work). When I clicked the link, it didn't fix the problem. I also tried a new computer and downloaded arcade ox and got the same keyboard issue.
