Seeking support as IE hangs while loading ArcadeOX

Hello! This is my first post so I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong forum. I checked the Chat rooms but didn't see anyone in there. My answers below are in [brackets].

1. Are you interested in using TeamViewer (more info below)? [Yes]
2. What is your OS? Example Vista, XP, Mac OSX, etc. [Win 7]
3. What is your browser? Example Firefox 3.5, Internet Explorer 7, etc. [IE 8]
4. Post a link to one game you are having problems with. http://www.retrouprising.com/arcade.php?act=Arcade&do=play&gameid=2236
5. What Play Mode is causing the problem? Example ArcadeOX Score, Java Full, etc. [All of them, as I've yet to be able to play anything]
6. Has it ever worked correctly before? [No.]
7. Describe the problem. [The browser will load & then hang whether I'm trying to play or watch.]

Any help will be appreciated.

Try closing IE. Then right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator." Try running/watching a game again.

For some reason only Coin Op games were working for me, I've tried all sorts of things and for some reason this has worked. I would have thought I already had 'full admin' access to my own computer already though. Stupid computers
