Arcadeox and Java Help

I really wanted to figure this out myself, so this is a last resort....
1. Are you interested in using TeamViewer? Sure, whatever will make this work.
2. What is your OS? Example Vista, XP, Mac OSX, etc.: Windows 7
3. What is your browser? Example Firefox 3.5, Internet Explorer 7, etc.: FF 43.0.3
4. Post a link to one game you are having problems with: All
5. What Play Mode is causing the problem? Example ArcadeOX Score, Java Full, etc.: All
6. Has it ever worked correctly before? Yes, but I can't say exactly when. I believe Firefox updated itself and that is when the problem started.
7. Describe the problem. I am asked to download Arcadeox to play a game, but when I click "free download" I receive an error stating "firefox has prevented this site from asking you to install software to your computer." I can not figure out how to disable this so that I can complete the download.

As for Java, I downloaded the most recent update and when I click to open a game through Java, I receive a white screen where the game should load that says "Error. Click for details."

3. What is your browser? tried latest ff and windows10 ie. had it working at first with ie then it just stopped working

5. What Play Mode is causing the problem? Example ArcadeOX Score, all Coin op modes,,,well I haven't tried them all but champion baseball 2 and ghosts and goblins for sure

7. Describe the problem. I cant get arcadeox to work. Coin op games just wont load I just get an error saying... error: game did not load

I am having the same problem as @maskedcamper and I have had to start using internet explorer to play on here as you will understand using internet explorer is extremely depressing please can someone show me a way around this

C : \Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\Low
^ merge the c and the colon and \
go there and remove the coinopf.exe. If this doesn't work delete the contents in the low folder. There is another spot but this has worked for me every time i've received the cannot load game error.
