Instead of forcing the mods to watch the entire videos, why don't they get approved based on the screenshot alone, then allow the other competing players to review and report them themselves? Only upon request for review should a mod be forced to watch videos. I've not modded for years now, so stuff might have changed, but this seems a lot more practical to me.
