Game won't load

Firefox 28 and Internet Explorer 11

All play modes.

6. Has it ever worked correctly before?

Yes, but that was 2 years ago. I don't think I've tried it since then.

7. Describe the problem.

I can't get the arcade version of Sunset Riders to load. Every other game I try will work, this is the only one that doesn't. All I can get is an error message saying "Error: Game did not load.", regardless of play mode.

I'm perhaps the least technically competent mod here, so until someone else chimes in...

I just tried the game you had problems with and it loaded fine for me.

I sometimes have the problem you described and it's almost always been solved by either restarting the browser or in extremis restarting the machine.

If you continue to have problems let us know.

It started working after restarting the computer, but only in normal score mode. Trying beta score mode causes the ArcadeOX plugin to crash.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by BETA score mode (and it's here that my tech illiteracy reveals itself), I only have the normal bog-standard score mode option.

at the bottom of the screen is a dropdown that says default you can change it to beta to play beta score mode but it crashes my computer all the time

...never mind, the site thinks the game didn't load even though I 1CCed the damn thing.

This site is so frustrating. Only the beta works reliably for submitting scores, and on the rare occasion the beta doesn't work with a particular game, I'm just outta luck.
