Bubble Bobble Lost Cave | 100 forgotten levels. For the first time on the original Bubble Bobble coin-op.
This is a fan hack that replaces the original stages with a new set of 100 stages. The stages themselves aren't new though - they are taken from various ports of the game to the NES, Game Boy, Sega Master System, Game Boy Color, so you can now play them on the original arcade game engine and screen size.
The old secret encrypted messages in the bonus rooms have been replaced with new ones, the secret code at the main screen has been replaced with a new one (discoverable in game), among other things....
The release marks the 4 year anniverssary of the death of the head of the original design team, Fukio “MTJ” Mitsuji.
