Re: Kong ...
, I am not originally from Prague. I spent the first 10 years of my life in Texas, the next 5 in Oklahoma. During the last 15 I have been in lots of places. I started out with a southern draw. Now I talk like a typical city American as in very little noticeable accent. I'm even starting to lose the last little bit of my accent that is noticeable in words like pinch, worm and yall.
I lived in Prague from August '06 to August '07.

i was just about to ask that myself.
the only reasons i think he does is his business forces him too? either way Kong, i would like to do that. I also like that the discussion we did in class came up here about you losing your southern accent, what a great way for RU to be linked to school! ;D

Re: Kong ...
I do freelance work over the Internet. My job and my location are not related.
I left because I felt I had experienced most of everything I could there. It was not were I wanted to spend the rest of my life so I moved. I am now considering trying Belize or New Zealand next winter.
I am pretty sure I don't want to spend the rest of my life in the USA. In all honesty I am not a big fan of America.
I live in Asheville, North Carolina now.

I lived in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, CA for 6 years.
I am white. I haven't posted a picture because just before that thread was started my HD crashed. I lost most of my pictures. I will eventually add one there.

Nice. I don't hold grudges or judge people, but it is funny considering that I am in the military and I kinda have to be a fan of America. Granted, I wouldn't mind leaving for a couple of years to check out some other places.
By the way, before I entered the service, I lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Re: Kong ...
Sulphur, OK.
I think the American dream is a bit over commercialized, over stressed and glutenous. I love America and am thankful I was born here but I plan on spending most of the last half of my life elsewhere. Plus I like exploring new things and it is easier to find new things in countries you have never been to before or at least that you haven't spent nearly all of your life in. And my income is the same no matter where I live, better to live where the cost of living is low and the quality of life is high.

At least for me it's how you english say your words. Where I work I help alot of people from Europe and I understand about half of what they say. Also I talk very fast and the people I talk to need me to slow down. Wierd right? Who would've guessed I talk alot?

I only like one song from dmx, i'm mostly into classical rock, some metal, and whatever catagory the dead kennedys fall under. Rap = crap.

"Return to the 36 Chambers", in my opinion, is one of the most underrated hip hop albums of all time, if not the most underrated.

Wrong.
@Sez - My favorite musicians/groups are as follows:
Jazz - Miles Davis
RnB - Marvin Gaye
Hip-hop - Atmosphere
I don't like DMX or The Game, and like very few Tupac songs. Though I can tell you that I am a big fan of Dizzee Rascal and you will actually know who that is. Not many people in this country are familiar with him.
@Billy - Absolutely
