Bottom of the nineth Coin-Op

When trying to play Bottom of the nineth it does not load properly. Why?

It has worked before. The game opens in another window and it goes through the rom check, Color settings etc, but then it contiunes to repeat the same same process from the beginnnig.

try pressing F5 when the window comes up to reset it
