My save data in score mode beta is gone

I booted up Dragon Warrior 2 expecting to pick up where I left off, and my save is gone. I played through DW 3 and DW 1 without a hitch in beta, and this is my first hiccup. Is the data is retrievable?

I'm not sure what happened but it isn't looking good. I think it might be lost. I'll have to look into it more later.

Were you very far?

Not too bad, 5-6 hours maybe. It seemed dissapear after I ran CrapCleaner, not sure if I might have cleared out something important on my end maybe?

yeah, it always did that for me, if you don't play it for some time...
That's how i lost two rpg saves
legend of zelda (nes), last dungeon
and dragoon x 2 before last boss, i didn't know what to do and stopped playing after a while, both were long games, and lost my saves

I just lost my Legend of Zelda save data! Only on dungeon 3 at least...

i just booted up Pokemon Crystal to see if my save was there but it isn't

all i had to do was to beat Red, too
