Can't play Full mode Nintendo games again

Describe the problem.
When Ever I go to start a Nintendo game in full mode I get the error message saying Configuartion file load error! Default settings will be used. I then hear the games music but I get no picture also a new NES folder is not made in my arcadeox folder.

The folder's name should be "nes2". You sure it isn't there?

Now I can't find my arcadeox folder at all and every game every mode is now saying Error game did not load.

Well once again I fixed it and am now able to play again sorry I bugged everyone.

Well I just kept on searching for my arcadeox folder and finally found it it was buried deep and I just deleted everything in it and put in everything I had on my jump drive back in it and it started working again.
