Gampad buttons combination not working...

If i press up+right+b on the gamepad it, in score mode the character will shot diagonally right, but if i press up+left+b the character won't shot diagonally left
I found this out in CrossFire (NES)
How can i fix this?

I don't think you can shoot up/left diagonal in that game.

Yeah, unfortunately Contra is pretty much the only game that seems to have nailed it when it comes to side scrolling shooters.
