Personally I think this is pretty lame. Besides not being newsworthy it's also pointless because these characters are never truly dead. Remember how Captain America died? He's already back because of some time travel nonsense.

What? I think that's what makes him so lame. There's almost no tension or drama in his stories because he's so immortal, besides around one particular rock or in his home system. He's a character who's time passed decades ago but they keep pushing him because he's the only character DC has that achieved mainstream popularity besides Batman(who has surpassed him because he's actually interesting).

Captain America on the other hand is really lame, considering how America is these days.

Doesn't make any sense. Captain America represents the time period he was created in, like superman. At least Marvel acknowledged that and made him not fit in with modern society. In DC we're supposed to believe that Superman lives in a modern world but is still the same two dimensional character from those lame early comics.

First of all, you are attempting to label an entire nation of people.
Do you know for a fact that ALL Americans are stupid? - or are you just using people like Dubbya as a basis for comparison?
The point is that not every single American, or Canadian, or Australian, or Chinese, or Indian, or .... any peoples of a nation can possibly have the same education or level of awareness.
Therefore, making a blanket statement such as this is completely meaningless and only serves to agitate relations between peoples.

Secondly, the American people are every bit 'along for the ride' as the rest of the World; they have little or no say in their country's International policies, and from what I understand, most American citizens are opposed to what 'their country' 'does'.
Policies are made and carried out by large International Banking Conglomerates in accordance with their agendas.
Therefore, blaming 'Americans' for the policies the Banksters make is senseless, and only serves to agitate relations between peoples.

Sorry, but this statement is simply not true; I know of Canadians who don't like Canada, and this is due to us having the same situation as the American people are facing where:
Large International Banking Conglomerates set and impose policies in accordance with their own agendas.
Regardless of what 'the people' say here in Canada.
Case in point: the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics which have effectively ruined my city by making it a 'rich man's' town, and yes, I'm extremely bitter about it.

The point in this case is that the Olympics went ahead even though there was strong opposition to the games from the onset, before V.A.N.O.C. even announced they had gotten the bid.
It ruined this city for anyone not rich.
The point is that they went ahead anyways, because they're part of the whole Banking cartel - that same group of International Banksters - and the 'people's voice' didn't mean squat.

Never mind the fact that Canada, the U.S., and Mexico have been joined and are now the North American Union since 1995 - I was in Banff when they were finalizing the plans for N.A.F.T.A. and the Trans - Texas Corridor, and I remember the whole area being full of G - Men, American and Canadian.

I had been staying in a hotel in the area {as we were on our way elsewhere} and remember being watched like a hawk in the hotel {not the same one any V.I.P.'s were in, to my knowledge} which made me wonder what was going on.
