It's 1942 all over again on the Wii's Virtual Console!

*jaw hits the floor hard*

Holy **** ******* **** ****** ** ***** **** *** in my pants.
A good shooting arcade game on the Virtual Console?!?

White noise sound is kinda off, maybe it's the video, but WHATEVER.
Now I can practice to beat Josephjo in style.

Robot, you win +1.
1943 next Capcom =3?

It's pretty cool on here too

1942

Don't be too proud of this technological terror Nintendo have constructed. The ability to play a single old classic game is insignificant next to the power of Retro Uprising.

@Seahawk - I was hoping you were going to have a rest from aeroplane based shmups

at least i'd have the chance to have the high score on the Wii with the way you and seahawk demolish them on here

I'm not that good - just old and sad enough to remember playing it from the first time round. Practice my young pilot friend

You've got the skills

Awww come on cut me some slack here, I haven't played ever since I posted that 1+ million score on Christmas morning. Plus my brother likes this game as well (he can get farther than me) so he can play it too.

My brother sucks at games.

Eventually I will hook up the Wii I got for Christmas. I need to start looking at some of these virtual console titles. To be honest before I watched that video I just assumed it would be the NES version of the game but if it is the arcade version than it will be worth it.

I can sort of see how you're as good as you are now then. Can't beat a bit of good old fashioned sibbling rivalry for pushing you that extra yard.

Is he a member on here 'hawk?
