It is my understanding that if it is picked, then Kingston would take the concept and reshoot a commerical.

Talked to the bro this morning. Turns out first prize is $7500. As for the vid, Kingston would own it and the concept, so if they remake a commerical out of it, that is their business.

Hey everyone, I'm the brother (Anderson). They're supposed to announce "finalists" today, whatever that means. Final decision is supposed to be the 10th of next month. I'm glad everyone likes it so much! Thanks for the kind words, it really means a lot to me.

The fine print is that Kingston owns all of the video concepts that were submitted. They can choose to make a commercial out of one specifically, mix and match, or scrap all of them.
