Nice, maybe they will actually fix things in the game, unlike with the remake of Final Fantasy Tactics, which was a ten year old game, re-released with all it's ten year old problems despite how much more powerful the psp is.

I'm sure it will be awesome though, I just love grid-based strategy RPGs.

I like FF Tactics, but the fact that the same issues from the PSX game existed on the PSP game ten years later is a bit strange, sure they can make PS2 games (Disgaea, Disgaea 2) work on the PSP without problems, but they can't fix off sound-synchronization and slowdown from a PSX game. The game is still fun and worth playing though.

Perhaps they did it intentionally to keep the old school feel of it.

Nah sorry, I don't fall for these gimmicks. It is not worth buying a system for one game. It's even less worth it when I already own the game and they only improved stuff I don't really care about.
I'm glad it's coming out and more people can play it but I won't be one of them.

Three second slowdown from confirming my attack, to the animation starting, about two seconds or more off sound-synchronization, same useless camera. The core gameplay mechanics are still so awesome that the problems are meaningless though.

Then why complain about them in the first place? Not trying to instigate anything, it's just that you seemed soo annoyed by the glitches, which I never really noticed when I played the game, that you started complaining about it. And now you say the problems are meaningless...

Just kidding, I can see where I'd come off as contradictory and a bit stupid for bringing them up, then stating that they were meaningless, after going into more detail about the glitches.

I found them a bit annoying at first, but got over them because of the gameplay.

I just thought it was strange that they weren't fixed ten years later with more powerful hardware.

It was added with my batch but it gave a weird error so it had to wait for Kong.

I added it with that update I did the other day ago, but it had a bug only Kong could fix. Ironically I didn't screw up. :P

I'm excited. I own it on gameboy but I never feel like playing it on there for some reason. I got a new game to beat for game masters.

Well, SFF got me hooked on it. Still, the remake would be one of the few reasons I'd get a PSP.
