Tower defense games

Do we have any? I tried searching but came up with nothing.

For those who don't know these games have waves of enemies and you build your defensive towers/buildings between rounds. Kind of like Rampart but I'm looking for more strategy - less frantic, timed building and awkward manual attacking.

Well not everyone is a smart ass like you DB. I haven't found any tower defence type games, but I would really like to play some of those here. Damb games are really addictive.

yeah sorry I read your post and my memory bank came up blank.

I fondly reflected on a old coin op game that you used to bomb and build your defences and fought other countries but can not remember the name.

so as normal. I am pretty useless.

After doing some research of my own I only know of some flash games and they do not appear to be on the site. I was not able to find anything for the systems that we have here. Well not anything that comes close to what you are describing. Most of the tower defense games are either flash games, and they have at least one that I could find that is for the Nintendo DS that is all the info that I could find for ya. Sorry.

I appreciate the effort Count. I was just hoping that someone knew of a RU tower defense game under some unrelated name or something else I'd likely miss in a search. I did check many game lists and nothing jumped out at me. It kind of seems odd that we don't have even one.

Well DB I went and did a search of all games that were made basically like you described and they were very few games like that made.

It is all recently that there were the flash games and then now the DS game and that is only because of the flash games success. The only one that would come close is Rampart. Other then that its all flash or DS apparently and that is from 3 different sites that I looked at. One was Wiki but you know its something.

There's plenty of tower defense games available in flash I'm sure. I only know the names of two atm though.

Thanks, I've played it before but I forgot the name. It's modeled after Ogre Battle so it's automatically cool. It is hard though. I can do do ok for a while but for some reasons it all falls apart on me.
