In the US I think the law varies by state. I know there are some debates on this topic as we speak. There also targeting ero games and books. Personally I think its like Playboy or Penthouse. I think the reason why child porn should be illegal is because there is a victim. Underage sex is statutory rape. Rape is immoral. Contributing to it in any way (such as renting a tape of it) is wrong.

Imaginary crimes do not have victims. If you outlaw them then it is either because you are policing morality (not your job) or because you think it will prevent future crime (not true).

no one is drawing pictures of my younger relatives. THEY ARE DRAWINGS. I don't see the big deal and I don't want any part of it anyway. I'm no one to tell other people what they can be into or not and neither are you dudebro so i agree with winnebagel on the idea that there should be a thread for it for those that are into it. Let them do their thing and don't judge them for it. I thought that was why Kong started this group in the first place.
as far as murder videos, i'm all for it. I'm not into the murder aspect of it so much but I am into violent aspect of it. I love watching violence and I enjoy it even more when it's more realistic. I'm morbid and I can't help it. But the difference is, viewing it satisfies me enough that I don't go out and do the acts myself. IMO if you can tell the difference between entertainment and reality, you're pretty safe no matter what sick shit you're into.
