I can say this. Tech has been painting his face BEFORE he knew what a Juggalo was. The reason he started doing it was because he wanted everyones attention when he rapped. And I say that interview. I think Juggalo news or whataver did it on his tour bus. The asked was he a juggalo and he said I respect them and all that but he never said he was one lol.

Anyways I was wondering how Tech is percieved where you are? I know hes doing a short European tour in a month or so. Does anyone else you know listen to him?

That's exactly what I did. Just because they are old doesn't mean they are no longer relevant. I am not disagreeing with ICP's lyrics. In fact, I am agreeing with them. Ice Cube made his first successful record in 1987 with NWA, so he has been going for 20 years too. Dre has had that same longevity not with solo stuff, but with producing other artists.

Must be a Detroit thing. Most artists that originate here usually rap about pretty twisted things. ICP, Esham, Bizzare, Eminem- just to name a few, are all disturbed individuals. I still rock out the Esham once in awhile.

Justin and Sez- You guys need to calm down and take a few deep breaths. TMT was not trying to provoke you and I'm not happy with the way he was treated here.
He's actually very knowledgable about music in general and he was only trying to point out how similar ICP is to most gansta rap music(I also brought this up and no one flipped out, maybe because I'm a site mod?). As much as you guys hate to hear it ICP uses violence and other offensive stuff to get thier message across, much like gansta rap. That's not saying they are gansta rap, just similar in form.

Don't get so defensive about all this. If you can't deal with criticism then it's your problem not ours. You're allowed to live your life anyway you choose but remember that other people may question it. If you really believe in the juggalo life then a few questions and comparisons shouldn't anger you so quickly. Even if there's a subtle insult in the message you should be able to shrug it off and stick to your convictions.

I'm only revisiting this subject out of respect for dudebro. On that note, i could care less about your "status". Game Mod, Site Mod, you're still human and that wouldn't affect any reaction I have. Dudebro, I accept your opinions because they're well thought out and non-attacking. TMT on the other hand, rubbed me the wrong way with the way he chose to argue the topic. I'm all about debating and love to argue and sometimes i get out of hand but that's how, in my experience, debating goes. Unfortunately though, i will not/can not apologize for defending what I have believed in for at least 16 years. So if i deserve an infraction for the things I've said, I accept it. I own up to my mistakes, but, if you're gonna do it to flaunt your "power" than that's your problem and I don't know what to tell ya.

Damn i forgot to address TMT on something. I know all about Ice Cube and Dr. Dre. I was a big fan of Ice Cube back in the day. But, he hasn't been working steady for 20 years, just periodically. I didn't say they were non-existent but very rare. For any style of music, hitting 20 years is an accomplishment.

Meh, probably. I use to put expiration dates on my infractions. I stopped that practice some time ago. If its any consolation, the only thing an infraction itself will cause is a small loss of experience points. After hitting level 10, there's no real benefit to gaining more experience so the hindrance is mute.
