The reason it says Cameron was disqualified instead of eliminated is because I had to force the winner to advance. As I'm sure you're all well aware of, the tournament system is a bit screwey. It didn't auto-advance either Josh or Cam even though it said both had submitted 5 times.

Also, don't pay attention to the Balloon Fight tournament, that was just me testing out the system and my limitations with it.

Just to clarify, I am all for the honesty system, but I also think that we should abide by Kong's time frame. For example, I think any bonus games finished should have pretty much already been submitted either on the forum or to Kong directly by now right? I know some people were sending these direct to him and others were posting in this thread. I feel confident that the captains of each team would have kept track of which ones their team completed and can advise this, but I do think that this should have already been submitted to Kong, on the board, or a Mod by now. At the very worst then Kong, when he returns, can verify this. I believe the caps will be honest, though.

Incidentally, if for example, two teams completed all four, I think Kong said this would be resolved in dice, right?

Ditto. Steven had a really good score in that one. I am going to have to practice some more if I am going to keep the trophy in that game.

That DK score was painful, as we were separated points wise by less than one level's points, but Jim earned his score and deserves props.

Yeah my bro did really well in Super E.D.F. Cam did really well too, but he didn't end up scoring as high in the last match as he normally does. Both guys deserve congrats for their scores in that tough game and should maybe consider a rematch one day to prove the ultimate Super E.D.F. champion. (Maybe Jim and I should too in a future DK rematch).

Also, I am still in amazement at Josh's score in Digger T Rock. Count's score was very respectable in its own right, but Josh set a very nice score in that one.

Way to go Brodyman as well. Everyone who has participated has performed well in this tournament.

Congrats to your Granada score Tanc too. It's nice to see that you remain humble.

If you go to the Tournaments section, click on Finished Tournaments to see the historical tournamet results.

when i go to the game menu>tournaments only see the still active tournaments and i dont see a link to the finished tournaments, can someone be more specific?

After Game Menu/Tournaments, look near the bottom of the screen. You should see two things:

Create New Tournament

Finished Tournaments

You can click on finished tournaments to see the historical data.

just as a reminder to anyone that was keeping score and those who were keeping "score", there is a side bet between ten of gom and cassidy of vb, as it stands right now, there is a tie, 2-2 in the bet with one gom member still to finish his tourney...i can smell the drama

Also, could all of the team captains please PM me which bonus games their team completed by the time this was posted. Please also include the date of the final bonus game you completed.

Example:
Team 5 completed 3 bonus games, the last one they finished May 27th.

That's a good question Steven. I thought the same thing when I saw the pictures of the scores. It's a tournament glitch, as I know I did score the high it says, but for some reason it lists another random score I set during the tournament.

I'm not sure who zxamike is, but I'm guessing the Tournament for Balloon Fight is set up as a public tournament, meaning anyone can join.

As for Shades, if there is a way to enter in his final scores as zeros, that's better than disqualifying him, just in case he beat Dudebro. Which is impossible, of course.

@DB: I need to know what day you finished Romance of the Three Kingdoms II. All I know is it was between 7 - 14 days ago.

Mega Men - 1
Eternal Champions - 3 (date known)

So Tenser, do we need to settle the tie breaker in Dice (isn't that what Kong originally suggested?) or do you propose another way?

This current Balloon Fight Tournament needs to be cancelled. We've got like 3 or 4 guys entered who aren't on teams.

As for the tiebreaker, I don't remember if we were going with Dice or whoever finished the most games the fastest.

I don't know what the current thought is. I was saying Dice based on what Kong said on the first page of this thread. If Tenser wants to talk about going a different direction, though I am open to ideas.

The problem is Kong contradicts himself in his first post. Near the top he states that a tie in the bonus games will result in a dice game. Near the bottom he states that it will be ruled by who submitted first.

Sorry. To leave in the middle of this.

What I meant in the rules was the first team to finish all 4 bonus games gets the free spot. Since that did not happen then the free spot goes to the team with the highest score in Dice. Anyone on GOM or EOC can submit a score.

You have until noon EST Saturday. Team captains PM or post the person you want to get the free spot in Balloon Fight before noon Saturday. I will start the final tournament then.

Tenser, my vote would be to settle this in Dice. I know everyone who worked on the bonus games in GOM and EC put in a lot of time, and I don't think it should just be settled based on who completed first. I don't know who completed them first (it could be EC for all I know), but even so I feel that the best way to respect both teams work is to go with Dice.
