Meet and Greet

I made this thread in case anyone has any interest in meeting in real life. I put it in the adult section to avoid lawsuits in case something goes horribly wrong.

I am driving from Asheville, NC to Philadelphia, PA June 1st. If anyone is along the way and wants to meet let me know. You can post here or PM me. I would like to break it into a two day drive and have a layover halfway there.

If you want to meet others you can post your city, state and see if anyone is nearby.

That would be cool to meet up face to face with some of the people here on RU. I dont know that there are many tho that are in California or coming out this way. But hey you never know.

I don't see myself ever trying to meet up with anyone from online. It just seems weird for some reason. I like a lot of you here but I'm just an awkward person.

Count, are you in Sacramento like Oasis? I'm in Fresno. Sabby comes to California every now and again as well. I imagine that, one day, some of the RU West Coast contingency will meet up.

I know what Dudebro is talking about as well. There is a fine line between revealing our online personalities and meeting in person, and it might be a bit strange for some people.

That said, if any of you are passing through Fresno, let me know and I'll buy you an In N' Out burger. Fries, too.

what would be cool would be, in about 15-20 years we all meet at a ru convention or something,with tons of awsome arcades (with the cabinet doors open), lots of beer and dudebro on kareoke. well have a huge tournament with great prizes and ill finally be able to give cameron a wedgie.

I've met Brody before when he was passing by because of work. I still have to meet Dudebro, our other Massachusettes member.

I had plans to go meet TrakMastaTom this summer via a work trip but that fell through because of the lay off.

That is correct tanc I am from around the Sacramento area like Oasis. I go down thru Fresno from time to time because my wifes parents live on the Central cost so I take Highway 41 to cross over to 101 from I-5.

I spend most of my time here tho. I do know for a fact that I am going to be going down that way in December because I am going to Disneyland and there is no better way to get there then I-5.

You can talk to people on the internet, and it can be like talking to a friend.
But meating them is a different matter

I have spoke to relatives and friends on the internet who I haven spoke to in ages.
But when they give me their number and stuff i freak out
because i dont wanna speak to them
