That's a lot of vowels Dead Tears. Is that to how the words are written or are you trying to show how it's sung?

i wrote how it would be written in somali. Soomaaliyeey toosoo is prounounced Somali-yay ToSo

...no. it's just the way we write. the letters are extended for long vowels. for example, my name is prounounce Ion(like in matter)-lay but it's spelled Ayaanle. Note the 2 A's.

Well that's kinda what I was saying. You use more vowels then us. I'm used to words with 1-2 vowels on average.

That actually makes a lot of sense. Long and short vowel sounds are sometimes a stumbling block when children and non-English speaking people are trying to learn the language.
