Saving in beta score mode - Fire Emblem GBA

Hey guys I'm using Windows 10 with Firefox 40.0.2.

I'm having a problem with Fire Emblem for GBA in Score mode.

Fire Emblem - Game Boy Advance
I was aiming to submit a game clear and was about half way through the game when this happened. I had been saving and resuming the game multiple times up to this point. Every time I opened up ArcadeOX before this my save file would still be there. Yesterday though I tried to play and my save was no longer there. I started a new game, suspended it and restarted Arcade OX and the file for the new game was there but not my old file. Did my old file get erased due to a bug in score mode or did my file somehow get sent somewhere else?

Re: Saving in beta score mode - Fire Emblem GBA

Did you use a disk clean up tool like CCleaner or Glary Utilities? CCleaner deletes the save states.

If you press the Windows Key + R to open the run prompt and paste
%temp%\low\arcadeox\scorexI\nvram
then press enter
You should see your save file. Sounds like it might be gone gone though. Sorry.

I don't remember using any disc clean up tool at all.
When I paste that prompt it says Location is not available so it looks like I am back to square one for my submission.

Re: Saving in beta score mode - Fire Emblem GBA

Sorry that's wrong info.

The info I gave doesn't apply to GBA.
GBA always uses the beta emulator.
The beta emulator stores saves on the server, not your computer.

Your GBA saves are here
Index of /g/users/21/20656/gba_saves

Somehow it overwrote itself.

I'm trying to find a back up from a date before it was blanked. I'll be back in a few minutes with an answer.

Sigh. There is a new error that is corrupting saves made in the beta emulator which applies to all GBA games. I'm looking into it.

I don't have a back up of your save so I can not restore it from my end.

Try this

Press the Windows Key + R to open the run prompt and paste
%temp%\arcadeox\score_beta1\scores\
then press enter

If that doesn't work try this

Press the Windows Key + R to open the run prompt and paste
%temp%\low\arcadeox\score_beta1\scores\
then press enter

The following files should be in there
gba.nv
Fire Emblem (USA, Australia).nv
gba\Fire Emblem (USA, Australia).nv

Please email all three to admin@retrouprising.com

Then right click each one, select properties, then click the "Previous Versions" tab. Are there any previous versions? Are they from a date when it was working?

It says there are no previous versions available. I sent you the files anyway though.
