How do I get around this message?

needing some help.I haven't been able to use RU for a long time now.I'm trying to use Internet Explorer.I keep getting messages that I must register, and that I haven't agreed to the site's rules. I don't understand this. I have registered (obviously), and I was never asked to agree to anything, I just want to play games like I was able to before.can anyone help with this?
