Organ Trail shouldn't take too long to complete. Try starting with one of each car part, some food(or none if you want the achievement) and a couple medkits. You find plenty of money and food in the little side scrolling mini game which can be done pretty much anywhere. Just pay attention to the zombie threat level and your remaining ammo. Also avoid any quest that says it's deadly or suicide, they're usually ridiculously hard for a joke of a reward.
