We dont allow leeching. Straight from the rules:

If a game gives you an extra life every time you play a level, you may collect that extra life but you should only use it once. Do NOT Farm, Grind or Leech. Do NOT repeatedly kill the same respawning enemies or repeatedly collect the same respawning treasure without naturally progressing through the game. Donate a dollar and watch the videos. Not only is TIF not slowing the game down, he plays the game holding the fast forward button. He is playing at 1500% FPS for most of the game. I used his strategy and increased my score from 100K to 200K.

You make accusations with nothing to back them up. We have all of the security that WolfMAME has plus more. WolfMAME is easier to hack than our version.

I'm guessing this was more a figure of speech rather than a request for a response, but if I bring any value at all, and as my name was dropped, I'll throw my hopefully constructive two cents in.

I watched TIF's Monster Slider score early this morning before going to sleep. Anyone who wants to watch may also do so as it is now linked under the "watch" link on the game page. His strategy is simple and any concerns anyone may have should be immediately dismissed once reviewing the run.

For those unable to watch, I'm sure the MARP score uses the identical strategy. While I'm not currently set up to review, play or submit on MARP and have not viewed a MS game there, I feel very comfortable stating that the strategy will be identical.

In short, Monster Slider is basically the Gunbarich of falling block games.

As for TIF, I've never once have had reason to question his integrity. I'm often amazed at some of the things he achieves and will eagerly watch those games that interest me to see his approach. While I'm hesitant to compliment him (as it goes straight to his head - I joke, I joke). His gaming abilities are significant.

TIF: if you don't already play in live competitions, you should if inclined (and I know you've stated several times that this sort of thing does not interest you). You would dominate.

TIF: Ninja kid is timed. So, he is ok for that score.

Unless an infinite loop is achieved, it's a point press IMO. I don't currently believe that an infinite loop is possible. I may change my mind on this view point down the road of course depending as to new strategies used but for now I don't see this game any differently than point pressing DK (other than the point press tally is much higher).

Metal Slug: it's hard to compare the point pressing on Metal Slug to Ninja Kid as there is no infinite loop question in Metal Slug.

To the best of my limited knowledge, to allow point pressing on both titles would be in line with typical adjudications.

Lastly, relating to how this thread turned towards the dark side on many fronts: making an effort to assume the best in any situation or person generally leads to the most beneficial result. It's not always easy to do. I'm often guilty of not following this advice. We all have common ground.

Haha. I like maxh. Honestly. I really laugh at the whole i am better than you or no way that is possible approach. Gaming is a hobby for me. I could never take it seriously. Sure, sometimes i don't like losing, but if you didn't I don't believe you are human. Oh what am i talking about. I am superman. So, obviously, this need not apply to me.

I know max shares my persistence in gaming for highscores. Look at what he did with Pepper 2. I honestly thought no one would beat that score. Not that quickly. I saw him playing hour after grueling hour. until he topped my score.

It takes a toll on my body when someone can match my game play and now i have to spend more repetitious time in a game that i know i can improve a score. Look at what innuendo did with aero fighters or rush n attack. Two skilled gamers battling (for me) is only fun for so long before it becomes more of a job. I hate work and unless this was the year 3000 where more casual gaming can make a comfortable salary - i give up rather easily until perhaps a way later date. At this point i have to spend more countless hours relearning and regaining feel for said game.

As for Ninja Kid. I forgot there are point breaks for extra lives. I think that could be infinite. It's every 30k i believe. There are several levels that come to mind where i could point press free lives over and over.

As I said I watch any game I want in marp, no need to watch videos. I know that other players have an advantage because they can see any time my videos, thats ok.

FINAL CONCLUSION
I joined here exclusively for the 2014 Contest. I played no other games.
I showed you how to make really big scores in Ivan Ironman.
I showed you how to leech in Metal Slug.
I showed you how to leech in Ninja Kid 2.
After 1 month of many playing hours and hi skill I had 1960 points and 2nd place. The 1st place was a matter of time. And then... we had site's reaction. They throw some score bot player named tif, or 'superman' as Barra call him. And he destroyed everything!
450 points in a couple of days, many superb scores at once...

After these, first place is taken by that superman. You have declared him already as the great champion. The rest of us, like supporting actors, we just have to narrow our goal, only second place is available.

So its pointless to continue my participation in this competition.
I asked tif to make 2 mil for marp, because we all know he can't.
I' ll continue competition only if he upload a big mslider's score in marp.

Why the hell would i bother doing that? I don't know of such lag creating programs. Furthermore, explain to me how it's possible when the client is downloaded locally to the users computer? How am i going to lag the connection? What, am i going to load up fraps on the hard drive that runs my operating system and record 60fps in hopes that my ssd will not be able to keep up and slow the game speed to 1/4 speed? I think you are confusing a router with a modem. Anytime you restart your router, depending on if you have DHCP or a Static IP addressed via the router or node and assuming that there are multiple nodes on the network, there is a possibility you'll get a different IP. But, only on the Local Area Network - not globally. Most likely you're using one of the three Classs A B or C private addresses, which still would then be sent out through PAT/NAT(on the router) to your modem. The modem uses an 'outside global' address. In others words a route able IP. Your private addresses cannot be reached from the outside and thus are 'inside local.'

If your modem is reset and you aren't paying for Static IPs then yes, there is an excellent chance you will be on a different IP, but lets assume that you aren't TK. What if you both have different ISPs. A very likely scenario. In which case each ISP has its own specific block of IPs, still distinguishing who is who. You can do look up in ARIN to see who owns the registered blocks.

No different than what you are doing, really. I'm spending them here, because this is entertaining me.

Regardless of how easy it is or isn't. Its your modem that determines when your IP changes. Whether you are logging into and doing it via software, or disconnecting it and reconnecting it. It also depends on how the ISP renews IPs.. I'm quite familiar.
