Having a problem!

Hello Everyone,
I've been having a problem trying to load the ArcadeOX for Super Nintendo and everytime I open it, arcadeox game engine is too busy or just may not be responding. I've had this happen lots of times through Mozilla Firefox. It worked fine before but not anymore. Any suggestions on how I could fix it? I tried uninstalling Mozilla and re-installing it again but the same thing is happening. I can't even play console games and submit scores again for them for some unknown reason it just won't let me. I can for the Arcade games pretty good but not the console games anymore. Full mode will work no problem but I can't submit a score under that category. The score mode won't work anymore for the console games! :-(.

I get that same error from time to time, Sometimes if I let the error ride out the emulator will kick in after a minute to a minute and a half. If all else fails try running ccleaner or if you don't have that program just delete some cookies you may have or derp around and delete junk out of your roaming files

I've givin up on FF, too many annoying updates. I use EI for RU only, and Chrome for everything else. From my experience, EI works the best.

I've had problems with the SNES emulator for months, crashes in any mode for me in all browsers. No idea what the problem is, so I've pretty much given up.

Use IE for this site.

You can also download an extension called IETab that will run an IE instance in a Chrome tab.

I am still having the problems for both SNES and TirboGrafix, and it's happening in FF, IE and Chrome. I've cleared my cache, I've made sure everything is up to date... it's driving me crazy.

I'm sorry you are having so much trouble playing games Kiwi but this is something that really only Kong can help you. The only way I can help you is having you fill out these questions. It really helps to know specifics.

i have been getting the exact same problems as kiwinavega for about the same time period in all browsers and all emulators (the latest being snes running in firefox with a fireIE tab [an IE instance in FF]). they will run fine for a while, usually indefinitely as long as it is minimized, but crashes within a 10 minute span of playing time. i also posted my specs in this thread: http://www.retrouprising.com/support...28/#post259015
kiwi, if you are able to land a support session, maybe we can compare further details that kong specifies?
