N64...erm, help?

I've seen some users and heard some users playing N64 games, saying they are successful again. I hate to be different but N64 games still aren't working for me. Not on Mupen, or 1964

1. No
2. Vista
3. IE9
4. None work, but here's one that I've ben trying to play for months now Zelda, Legend of: Majora's Mask - Nintendo 64
5. Both Mupen and 1964
6. Yes, but that was a LONG time ago (4 months, maybe?)
7. In ANY game, I play, if I click Mupen I get "Error: Game Did Not Load" if I click 1964, I get a little window titled "Error Log Window" which is blank except for two options, "Close Window" and "Clear Messages"

N64 games haven't worked for me in a very long time so help would be highly apreciated

One last thing, I just thought I'd say I downloaded the ArcadeOX plug-in shortly after joining RU

Re: N64...erm, help?

I don't think this will have an effect on your 1964 error, but try it anyways. Hopefully it will at least fix the mupen error.

Press Windows Key + R to open a Run Prompt. Windows key is to the left of the space bar and has a flag on it.
In Run Prompt paste
%temp%\arcadeox\
press enter.
IF that fails to open a folder then change it to
%temp%\Low\arcadeox\
and press enter again.
You should see a folder and a zip file named "n64m" and a folder and zip file named "1964".
Move (NOT Copy) the n64m and 1964 folders and zip files to a new location such as the desktop.
Then play a game again in both play modes.
If that works, please put all of the moved files into a single zip file and email them to admin@retrouprising.com so I can see what went wrong and make sure it doesn't happen in the next version.

Re: N64...erm, help?

Yes, after them, before I merely got "Error: Game Did Not Load"

Re: N64...erm, help?

Is 1964 still doing the same thing?

Would you want to reconsider Team Viewer. It would make this much easier.

Re: N64...erm, help?

Now on 1964 I'm getting a window with a black screen saying "1964 1.1 -GAME TITLE- Running" but the window is completely black and nothing appears on-screen

I'm still not sure about Team Viewer. I have some questions first:

How much info will you be able to access?
What risks are there if I download it?
How large is the file size?
What precautions (if any) must I first take?
