SNES Games

Does anyone else notice a static sound when playing SNES games? The games play fine but the background music some kind of static noise while playing. Anyone else notice this?

I hear it, too. I guess I always took it as part of the experience.

I do not get static in SNES games.

I don't either, and I play a LOT of SNES on this site.

Hmm.. are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox? For me I noticed that playing SNES games using Firefox has more of that static noise than using IE.

I should point out that what I hear, is very, very faint. I have to specifically listen for it, but I can occasionally hear it in silence.
