This was a strange psychological drama/love story about a guy who loses his girlfriend because he can't understand her weekend LARP (Live Action Role Playing) hobby. So he does what any man would do to get his girlfriend back and dresses up as a viking berserker. However, the line between reality and fantasy quickly disappears as fictional emotions are manifested into the real world. It's an odd combination of a love story and violent darkness that ended up working fantasticly well. A superb cast from the protagonist down to the supporting characters. The soundtrack is also very good as it's only instrumental and helps to set the mood just right. This was a fantastic movie that is very different from your typical Hollywood films. It does start off a bit slow as it sets up the mood and character development, but around 30 minutes into the film it starts to pick up the pace. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars.
