Cassidy beat me to it...you guys got a bogus draw in the tournament and heavily favored GOM...and oh boy, did you guys cry and complain about that. Plus I would argue that we beat you in marathon. We beat all of your games. GOM did not beat all of ours.

I agree the draw was bogus, it put GOM at a large disadvantage by guaranteeing half of our placers were KO'd the first round. I distinctly remember having to step in as the judge and rule against my team's wishes (and my own) for a last minute rules change. You can spin it how you want.

I could argue that we came in second in the marathon. Not only was VD not even able to beat their own nominations, GOM reached 11 completions quite a while before VD did.



Point is, this is you talking out of your ass:

That's your argument? Your own TEAM didn't even beat your selections.

GOM was the first to beat 11 of the 12 games. If it wasn't for Billy Mitchell , err Winnebagel, we would've won the Team Marathon outright. As for the Balloon Fight tournament, don't even get me started. If only I could've found an Internet cafe in Pamplona.

I do like that this thread has gotten the competitive juices flowing. Bring on the next team competition!
