My start town is on a really crappy island but I do fine. Really nothing is bad, low level resources can be improved and empty islands can get new players.

Thanks, Tails. I received that a long time ago. It shows as PENDING. I guess I need to upgrade my embassies. Ninja sent me one too and that also showed as PENDING, so I'm maxed out apparently.
I'll check back in a couple days when I've upgraded the embassies.

You'll need to research and build some stuff before you can join the alliance. When you're ready you're welcome to join.
If you have any questions just ask here. It's also good to read the wiki posted in the first post, it has just about everything you could need.
This isn't the same as the last guy we had a problem with. This leader has @ 100k score so he's further along then all of us. If we do attack him we should be ready to get attacked right back. Some of you lower score people would probably get pwned pretty quick.
Good news is thier alliance doesn't seem to have any friends who'll back them up. Post where they are so we can check them out.
Everyone should improve thier armies. Slingers will not cut it at all.
I have dedicated all my time to just upgrades of important town stuff. because I have never been attacked. I attacked 1 inactive guy once but since then have canned all my army.
so I have no barracks past level 4 and no shipyard past level 2.
so It will take me a few days atleast to upgrade those things to decent working order.
I feel like quitting Ikariam now, this isn't fair.
