From the
Game Menu is a link for
Best Scores. These are the First Place scores that have lasted the longest. Beating any score prior to 2011 will automatically enter you into the Assassin Contests listed in
Open Contests. The majority of the remaining pre-2011 high scores have received a lot of competition and are very challenging and impressive to beat.
Also from the main
Game Menu is the link to
Best Players. The main page includes all platforms but you can click on an individual platform from the top of the page.
On that page:
Average Rank is your average submitted score position.
Leaderboard Score is a calculated by the following method.
Points for Top Scores
First Place = 25
Second = 15
Third = 10
Fourth = 8
Fifth = 7
Sixth = 6
Seventh = 5
Eighth = 4
Ninth = 3
Tenth = 2
All Others = 1
Leaderboard Points for Clears:
Fastest = 5
Second = 3
Third = 2
All Others = 1
can get points in one game for both your best score and fastest clear. So max points per game is 30.
In case of score ties the winner goes to fastest time, if still a tie then earliest submission date.
For clears, fastest time, then best score then earliest submission.
Scores submitted before 2011 do not have recorded time so in ties they come after any score with a time.
The leaderboard is recalculated only once per day, around 7am UTC.
