Unlike the American version, the plot actually makes sense. The mid-boss in the first level is included. The female characters look different.

Um, I'm afraid that game was only released on Arcade. There was no Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis port.

The coolest thing I really like in AVGN Vs Dr. Wily is that I get to play as my favorite Angry Nerd in his favorite video game. But there is really a difference in this hack, Tails. They made it more challenging and harder, and some of the levels are redesigned. Speaking of the Nerd, he actually positively reviewed this game in his AVGN Games Review. I would go for this game if it has AVGN in it.

It seems like you didn't understand my post wolf. If this game had been suggested before then it'd be a waste of time for me to find a copy. For all I know this game exists under a different name or something. It was more of a question than a request.
