StevenCassidy, Tanc... I don't think I'll ever get near that score on track and field but I'm now having a go at the sequel, Hyper Sports. Will set a score now, would love to see how you get on!

just nudged the bar a little for there kiwi, i cant figure out how to run fast in this one, i keep getting to a certain point on the meter then, it just wont go any further, made it to the vault level.

I can't solve the vault level either. I did manage a perfect on the shooting range, although my swimming skills need help.

The vault is the real challenge, though.

yeah i managed a few perfects on skeet shooting too. in track and field you could just use one button for building up speed, in this game i was reading you need to use both alternately, this severly hurts my button mashing ability, and i still can figure out how to get going really fast, it just stops for some reason.

There's a speed limiter on the vault I think and the rest is dependent on where you launch from the springboard and then from the horse. Worth getting some practice in on the non-score version - you can also change difficulty so qualifying scores are lower. Good way to learn the events.

managed to beat the vault twice now, 9.10's on the dot, no highscore though.

somebody beat my hyper sports score so i have something to strive for on my smoke breaks (i smoke in the computer room)

I've been busy with a friend, haven't had time to retry Puzzle Fighters seriously yet. It figures as soon as I boot it up, she comes on. Never fails, just like missing the HR being distracted.
